This wasn’t just a facelift—it was a future-focused reinvestment into the heart of Dayton. The renovation touched every corner of the facility, blending functionality with design to meet the needs of today’s event planners and guests.
Our updated venue now includes:
- 63,000 square feet of column free exhibit hall space, allowing for events of all sizes
- 18 modern meeting rooms, including two board rooms equipped with custom, state-of-the-art audiovisual enhancements
- 2 dedicated ballrooms, reconfigured for elegance, flexibility and flow
- A completely reimagined Flex Hall—our signature ballroom space with customizable LED lighting, sound baffling, and updated floor boxes
- A brand-new Executive Suite perfect for board meetings or VIP gatherings
- Fresh public art installations by local and regional artists that reflect Dayton’s vibrant, innovative spirit
- An inviting outdoor terrace, surrounded by enhanced landscaping, ambient lighting, and a dynamic new electronic billboard visible from major downtown roadways
