Dayton Ambassadors
Courteous and knowledgeable individuals will assist with on-site registration, data entry, and a multitude of other event-related projects.

Dayton Information Table
This tabletop booth comes complete with Dayton Visitor Guides, restaurant information, locator maps, shopping information and a friendly Dayton Ambassador. We can also customize the booth to contain materials specific to your group’s needs.

Community Outreach Opportunities
We connect you with local non-profits to coordinate an activity that can engage and inspire your team. This introduces your organization to the community, and the community to your organization – where everyone gains a greater sense of belonging and involvement.

Contacts
We have contacts for local, state, and national speakers as well as entertainers and musicians. Additionally we can assist you with any local vendors from florists and motor coach charter companies to photographers to make your event a success.

Dignitary Liaisons
Destination Dayton is your direct link to city, county and state elected officials. We can arrange a proclamation or letter of invitation from State Representatives and Senators, the Mayor or County Commissioners.

Facilities & Off-Site Events
Many one-of-a-kind venues exist in Dayton that can create lasting memories for your attendees. Whether you need a unique venue for a special evening event, attendee guest tours or a highly ranked golf course, our services staff has expert knowledge on all the area has to offer.

Housing
Our organization offers exceptional event housing. Typically, this service is offered to groups requiring three or more hotels. Our Services Manager will fill you in on stipulations that may apply.

Marketing Assistance
Our talented team is ready to assist with your marketing needs. We are happy to promote your event through our social media channels, community partners, and on our website.

Media Resources
Need assistance promoting your event in Dayton? Our staff is available to prepare press releases and to distribute them to our local media outlets. If you require assistance in preparing press releases to distribute through your local or organizational channels, we are happy to assist.

Name Badge Assistance
You provide a list of registrants, logo and information you want printed. We provide you professionally designed and printed name badges. Our Convention Services Manager will deliver the name badges to your venue. *Stipulations apply and requires names 4 weeks prior to the event.

Promote Your Event
Videos, images, maps, and Visitor Guides, are available for distribution in advance of your event. Our team can also assist with digital save the date postcards, digital Visitor Guide links, social media support, and customized e-blasts.

Restaurant Reservation Booth
Where should we eat? A Dayton Ambassador staffs this booth to assist in restaurant selections, provide directions, and phone ahead reservations. There are so many restaurants that will easily satisfy your hunger.

Show Your Badge
We have partnered with local attractions, businesses, and restaurants for the “Show Your Badge” Program. You will enjoy discounts that are exclusively yours by showing your event badge at the participating vendors.

Welcome Packets
To help make your attendees feel extra special, welcome packets can be prepared to familiarize your delegates with Dayton, optional pre and post event activities, and any other relevant event information you would like to include. Our hope is to ensure your attendees are well-informed.

Working with Our Team
Most meeting planners will want to start out working with our Destination Dayton sales team. A sales manager can help define your event needs, take you on a Dayton and surrounding Montgomery County site visit, suggest appropriate hotels and facilities for your event and collect bid proposals on your behalf. After you have confirmed the Dayton area for your event and have signed hotel and/or facility contracts, our services department steps in to assist you with your event planning, promotion, Ohio tourism information and implementation details.
